Tropi Gummies™ was born from a deeply personal conviction: what we put into our bodies matters. Our founder set out to create something that didn’t exist — candy you could feel genuinely proud to share with your whole family.

She would pick up a bag of candy, flip it over, and find herself asking — what truly is this? Long strings of unrecognizable words, numbers, synthetic dyes, and fillers that had no business being in something people put in their bodies. That question — what truly is this? — would not leave her. Reaching for a treat shouldn’t require a degree in chemistry.

Wholeness as a Philosophy

So she went back to basics — to real whole fruits, the kind nature designed, the kind our bodies recognize and welcome. Every formulation decision was guided by one simple question: Would I give this to my child? No shortcut was acceptable if it compromised wholeness.

Minimum Order

Wholesale orders begin at a minimum of 50 units per SKU. Volume pricing is available for orders of 200+ units.

How to Apply

To begin a wholesale inquiry, email us at tropigummies@pm.me with your business name, location, estimated monthly volume, and a brief description of your store or platform. Our team reviews all applications within 3–5 business days.

Distribution

We distribute within the continental United States and to select international destinations. We are also establishing a base in Nairobi, Kenya to serve East Africa — coming soon. International wholesale inquiries are welcome.

All Sales Final

The full ingredient formulation is proprietary trade information. Only key ingredients are disclosed publicly. The complete ingredient list is printed on product packaging as required by law.

Launch Shipping Date

• Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $9.99
• Free Standard Shipping on orders over $35

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. Available countries are listed at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees — these are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates. Delivery times vary by destination.

We are establishing a base of operations in Nairobi, Kenya to better serve customers across East Africa and the continent. This hub will significantly reduce shipping times and costs for our African customers. Stay tuned for our official launch announcement.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the perishable, consumable, and all-natural nature of Tropi Gummies™, we do not accept returns and do not offer refunds on any orders under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Taste preference
• Incorrect quantity ordered
• Carrier delivery delays
• Failure to retrieve package from delivery location

Why We Cannot Accept Returns

As a small-batch, all-natural food product, Tropi Gummies™ cannot be restocked or resold once shipped. The integrity and safety of every product depends on this policy.

Damaged in Transit

In the rare event your order arrives visibly damaged, contact us at tropigummies@pm.me within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the damage. We will review each case individually and may offer a replacement for verified transit damage only. This does not constitute a blanket refund policy.

Subscription Cancellations

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle. Contact tropigummies@pm.me at least 3 business days before your renewal date.
